About Julie Fillingham

Trust can be hard to come by, especially in today’s fiercely competitive real estate market and ever changing times. Everybody has a different opinion on how a Real Estate agent should represent their client, but honesty and integrity should go without saying and be the leading factor in who you choose as your Realtor. I am a firm believer in exceeding expectations and enhancing your quality of life. To me, being a Realtor means more than selling homes. It’s about you, your hopes and your dreams. It’s about a relationship based on trust, knowledge and expertise. You can be sure I will go the extra mile to give you the best possible experience when buying or selling real estate. You are the heart and success of my business.

As a RE/MAX agent I have achieved the RE/MAX Executive award winner for 2009 and 2010 along with the Top Producing RE/MAX Pacific Northwest Region Realtor for April 2011 and in August 2012 achieved the #9 Top Producing RE/MAX Pacific Northwest Region Realtor which were all accomplished during some of the worst years in the industry.     Now I consistently am awarded with the 100% Club award year after year and was able to earn the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.   I was thrilled to start out 2019 being the #1 producing RE/MAX agent in the state of Montana for the first quarter.   I have served on the MLS committee and served as MLS Co-Chair and MLS Committee chairman.
Who am I?  Though my work is one of my utmost passions I do have other interests which I try to take a moment to enjoy from time to time.  These interests include packing into the back country with my husband who is a local Outfitter.  I developed this love while I was a camp cook with the first outfitter I worked for.  Living in a wall tent for 30 days at a time in the middle of the wilderness and enjoying a lifestyle that some will only dream of in their lifetime.  Riding the trail and seeing country that never ceases to amaze me with its magnificent beauty.  We are truly blessed to live in this great state of Montana.  I am an animal lover and have a number of four legged kids at home which hold my heart.  I ride with our local mounted drill team “The Bitterroot Mountettes” and truly enjoy the sound of the thundering hooves, the energy level that only rodeo carries with it, the echo of the American Anthem and flags whipping in the wind.

I enjoy hunting, camping, riding mounted drill team, music and old cars.  I was raised with morals and ethics and believe in using them in all aspects of my personal and business life.  I am not sure but I may be the only Realtor that has shown up at an open house by horse back.  I live life and enjoy taking in my surroundings, sharing my experiences, making dreams come true and making a difference.  I am down to earth and want my clients to be comfortable, relaxed and confident in their relationship with me.

I understand what it takes to negotiate a sale, and take care of your needs with the utmost respect, honesty, and commitment.  I treat my clients like family with an understanding for each and every client, knowing each situation and need is different, treating each transaction with the utmost priority which is why I continue to earn business from current and past clients along with their friends and family creating a vast referral base which I strive to continue earning the respect of my clients.
